Terroir
Selection of 60 parcels in the foothills of the Ventoux and the terraces of the Dentelles de Montmirail, mostly on altitude of between 250 and 400 metres. Soils are composed of limestone, clay and sand.
Vinification et élevage
Vinification
Grenache and Mourvèdre are almost a hundred years old.
Co-fermentation of grape for more complexity.
Ageing
95% of the blend were aged in concrete tanks and 5% (only the Syrahs from old vines) were aged in one-wine French oak barrels.
