Terroirs d'exception
This cuvée comes from the heart of the Lirac appellation, on parcels with pebbled and clay soils.
The goblet pruning allows to limit the sugar content and to preserve the freshness. In a sunny vintage such as 2020, this allows the natural acidity to be maintained.

Vinification

100% free-run juice, with extraction by gravity (no passage of the marc in the press).
Ageing
100% of the Grenache is vinified and matured in concrete tanks.
30% of the Syrah is matured in unheated barrels (Allier and Vosges) for 12 months in order to respect the sweetness without adding structure.
The rest is matured in concrete tanks to preserve the purity of the fruit.
