unique and timeless view. Tradition dictates that wine are made from thirteen grape varieties, each
contributing its own distinctive character.

Vinification and ageing
Vinification
Roussanne is fermented in oak barrels during 4 months. Clairette and Grenache are fermented at low temperature to preserve their minerality. Picpoul and Bourboulenc are fermented in Wine Globe.
Aging
The majority of the blend is aged in concrete vats and stainless steel tanks.
